At Kaotica, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve designed our return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience:

  1. Satisfaction Guaranteed:
    If you're unsatisfied with your purchase due to buyer’s remorse or a defect, we offer a refund or exchange for the purchase price, minus original shipping fees.
  2. Return Shipping Costs:
    • Canada & US Returns: We cover return shipping charges, ensuring a hassle-free process for you.
    • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
  3. Standard Return Window:
    You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  4. Extended Holiday Return Window:
    Purchases made between November 15th and January 15th are eligible for an extended return period of up to 60 days.
  5. Product Condition for Returns:
    • Items should be in their original packaging and in good condition.
    • Slightly used items are acceptable, but items with excessive wear and tear will not qualify.
    • Products showing significant wear will be returned to you at your expense.
  6. No Restocking Fees:
    We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
  7. Hygiene Considerations:
    For health and safety reasons, sales of individual pop filters are final. They cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged if visibly used.
  8. How to Initiate a Return:
    • Contact us at customer@kaoticalife.com to start the return process.
    • We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and clear return instructions. For international returns, the shipping cost will be outlined before proceeding.
  9. Return Deadline:
    • Once return instructions are issued, the item must be returned within 7 business days.
    • Items not returned within this timeframe will be ineligible for a refund.
  10. Refund Process:
    • After inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding your refund status.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of this notification.

Warranty

Kaotica warrants your product to be free from physical defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the device. It is limited to defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, or unauthorized modification. This warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of the pop filter, pop filter removal, or microphone insertion and removal.
